The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The room here was clean and had a modern full kitchen. The staff were super friendly. Its location was really convenient, close to both grocery and retail shops, as well as the coast 🌊.

Staying at the hotel was really great, I would stay here again. I booked a double room, it was exceptional and complete with shower as well as a microwave. Location: the venue was next to Monterey, Santa Cruz and other coastal towns and attractions and Jalisco's Mexican restaurant and stores.

The queen room was updated with clean towels and a whirlpool tub. The location was favorable, near Santa Cruz and other beaches, the town center, and restaurants. Conveniently located just a short stroll away from Taylor Brothers Hot Dogs, offering food to go.

The room had quaint Mexican touches that added charm. Coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen. The location was great, just a short stroll from Ramsay Park.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, staff. The room was cleaner than any Hilton I’ve stayed in in the past. The hotel had a beautiful pool and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was great. The private bathrooms with bathtubs were a nice feature. The hotel's proximity to Watsonville City Plaza Park made it convenient. It was also a quick walk to the bus station, which was convenient. The availability of free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

The rooms here are really big and have been recently updated with a comfy queen bed. 🛏️ Plus, you can't beat the great location—right next to delicious restaurants and cool shops.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an agricultural area, which was a bit far from most points of interest. It was a two-story motel with no elevator, which made it difficult for me as a handicapped person. However, the room I stayed in was quite nice, with comfortable furniture and a large TV. The bathroom was decent and had plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the coffee was good.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations during my stay, which made for a less pleasant experience.

The breakfast had many options, and the location was convenient for major highways. The family suite was spacious, with colorful Mexican-themed decor. The small pool was great for kids. The full breakfast was a nice bonus, and the room was clean with plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable.
