We liked the pool. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. Again, the hotel is located just a short stroll away from watsonville city plaza park. You can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.

Appreciated this place, it was great! Standard room was large. Found Norma's Family Restaurant, set really close to the hotel, ate there a few times. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus.

Room was neat and clean, staff were very pleasant. Lovely plantings.
My room #103 was not good. The ice machine and vending machine were built into a nook up against the wall of my room. Every time the ice machine unloaded a new batch of ice (every 45 minutes or so) I was jolted awake. Consequently, I did NOT get much sleep the three nights I was there. Also, we were given a handicap room and there was no need for that.

The front desk person when checking a couple of days before on our booking was rude not very helpful.

It was roomy, had a comfortable bed, and was clean.
The bathroom was extremely small with the tiniest shower that I have ever used. The overall look was tainted by the ugly drapes.

I always stay at B.W. Rose Garden when I come to Watsonville. I travel by myself at times and I feel safe when staying there. I just feel that the price is a little high for Watsonville. But, I'll be back..

Lots of noise, loud music from homes across the street. Thin walls - audible sex from room next door. Those same occupants were smoking outside our door

Had sleepless night due to malfunctioning noisy heating unit. And loud refrigerator, also. We were cold during a freeze as we had to turn the unit off. We told we could not get cost consideration due to fact we booked through Booked.net. We are unhappy customers.

It's very quiet, and the rooms were beautiful.
Channel/cable I wish there could have been some internet t.v. there wasn't much to choose from when it came time to entertain.

It's small and quiet close by to Santa Cruz and other beaches as well as near grocery and retail stores.
Way overpriced for the size and amenities that are offered. To be fair though this seems to be the case with nearly all the small hotels and hotels near Santa Cruz. This one is at least newer and clean. Nearly $600 for three days obscenely overpriced though and this was one of the less expensive options. In San Francisco or San Jose you can find 4 and 5 star hotels for that price.
